Welcome to Moultonborough Middle Level

Please consult our Distance Learning Page for more information on  how Moultonborough Middle Level (Grades 5-8) will be providing remote learning during the current COVID-19 emergency.

Please be aware that the district buildings are closed to visitors, except for meal pickups from food service and for  picking up learning supplies and food/toiletries available in the Academy foyer on Mondays.

If you need to access any of the buildings or personnel, please call for an appointment. We will be practicing CDC recommendations for social distancing during these interactions, including the wearing of masks
Thank you.

End of School IPad Collection:

Due to distance learning and recommendations from the Department of Education, we will only collect iPads from the following two groups of students. Everyone returning to the Moultonborough School District in September should examine their device for damage, cracks, or other issues, and notify the Tech Department if they find anything. Otherwise, they can keep their devices over the summer.

· Class of 2020 (Seniors) - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 1-12.

· Class of 2026 (6th grade) - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16.

· Students with any broken iPad - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16 AFTER notifying the tech department and receiving a response.

· Students who are moving to another school district - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16.

Middle Level in the Moultonborough School District

Middle Level Principal: Joe Lane jlane@sau45.org

The Moultonborough Middle Level consists of grades 5 to grades 8.

The idea is to help bridge the gap between Moultonborough Central School and Moultonborough Academy by offering developmentally appropriate supports and opportunities for the middle level learners of the school district.

Fifth and Sixth graders attend classes at MCS while Seventh and Eighth graders attend classes at MA. This shift to a middle level that spans two school buildings is very much a work in progress.

This change reflects the vision, mission, and core values of the Moultonborough School District.
